Why stay at a boring business hotel when you can come home each day and have dinner and drinks at a restaurant/bar on the beach w/ live music every night. The beach is just steps away, across the street.

THE SPACE

Unit 406 is a second floor unit with a private balcony facing the bay, a full bath, efficiency kitchen, large refrigerator, microwave, HDTV cable TV, Wifi, dinning table, and coffee maker. This unit has a Queen bed and a futon-sofa that can accommodate up to 3-4 adults. Common non-aggressive house pets are welcome. No exotic animals.

Remember this is privately managed unit and you should contact us directly for any problems. We are not a hotel business and do not provide routine cleaning. Please reuse the towels and wash them with your laundry as needed. Many of our guests are 5-star rated and we take pride in having more than 80% 5-star ratings from our guests. We are responsive and will do our best to take care of any problems to ensure your stay is comfortable. Please be courteous and take care of our place as you would your own. If you use the dishes, please wash them.

NO SMOKING INSIDE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE OF $150 IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE UNIT.

You'll feel safe at this gated community. You'll meet people from all over the country who are staying at their vacation homes, escaping the winter, weekenders and business travelers looking for some relaxation and fun. The people are generally very friendly and easy-going.

There are no public transportations. Most people use their own vehicles or rentals. Uber is available and inexpensive if you don't have a vehicle.
