Bay view

Love this property and will definitely stay again. The view of the bay and mangroves was gorgeous, the ocean breeze was so nice. Property had everything you need, bed was very soft and comfortable. The check-in with guard on duty was easy. Bathroom had everything we needed, didn’t have to go buy anything. All you have to do is bring food and relax.

Tampa Getaway.

We had a ball. Excellent location. Easy to get everywhere. Love the Tiki bar and heated pool. Nice little beach on the bay where we cooked out. Unit is kind of tiny but good enough for just the 2 of us.

Communication with the host was very good although annoyingly automated. I would receive instructions from two different phone numbers and then the app.The amenities were nice and useful. The cleanliness though left a little to be desired. The space was excellent, a cozy but adequate size. The big disappointment was I thought I was renting a peaceful vacation condo. And it turns out it was just another room/suite in a hotel setting. So dealing with hotel-minded customers not considering quiet hours for neighbors was fact we had to live with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was incredibly clean and had great views. We had problems with the AC in the first unit and they quickly changed us to another unit so it didn’t interfere with our vacation. Very happy overall.

Awesome property

This condo was perfect for me and my husband for the month of February. The weather was perfect everyday, loved watching the fish and stingrays from our balcony. It was nice having the tiki bar at the pool for 1/2 off sunset drink. Beautiful sunsets and the owner was awesome to work with. Will definitely be back.

Great Stay

Clean, cozy and a great view. This well located condo was exactly what my family and I needed for a quick getaway up the Florida coast. We prefer a condo style unit with a kitchen and separate bedroom more than a hotel, so this unit was perfect and at a better cost than a comparable hotel. The property features an onsite pool bar and grill, plus a fire pit for nighttime socials overlooking the bay. We will be back!

Cute and cozy

1st night I was there by myself, I was a little scared but I felt very safe. The balcony was my favorite hang out spot. I will say it is perfectly located from the FL sun! NEVER did it touch the balcony. The view is amazing, plenty of entertainment on the water to watch too. Nature was booming everyday.2nd the beach was a little farther than expected, on the other side of the parking lot, but totally doable! Loved the tiki! There is no water access to the beach here, just so you know. 3rd I would just remind them you need the extra liens for the sofa before your trip, not a deal breaker, my boys weren't coming for another day. They were still quick to come fix it for them checkin day.I have to give it a 5* because the memories I gained with my sons were worth more than anything that could have been wrong with the condo. Thanks! Will book again.

Ways to improve

Bathroom was very tight but clearly nothing g can be done about that. Sleeper sofa as the second bed should be more comfortable (maybe a mattress topper with extra linens?). Beach chairs should be provided as there are clearly not enough available at the hotel pool, patio, beach area

The website is very misleading: 'Pardon our Progress! For the next few weeks the resort is undergoing renovation. Although the work will be conducted during limited hours, our prices have been discounted due to any inconvenience you may experience'. The limited hours are 7 days a week all day!!! Generators, beeping, metal cutting, metal grinding, welding, metal banging, and jack hammering constantly all day. Cement dust everywhere. Was unable to chill at the resort. Here is the message I sent to the property management and received no reply. 'I want to begin by saying that your rental is clean, well-stocked, and offers nice amenities. We have no complaints about the facilities themselves. However, we do have a serious concern regarding the description of the renovation work being done “during limited hours.” The description is extremely misleading.The work taking place is a major, noisy, and disruptive renovation that makes the unit essentially uninhabitable during the day. There is constant noise from generators, compressors, grinding, metal banging, and trucks beeping. We were woken up early this morning (Sunday) and the noise is so loud that it can be clearly heard even while showering with the door closed & fan running. We had planned to spend the day relaxing by the pool and watching football in the unit, but the noise level makes that impossible. Given the extent of the disruption, this unit should not be rented out until the renovations are fully completed.'
