Great rest area with a peaceful environment and affordable price.You will experience a quiet and clean place. Tampa has so much to see and enjoy, close to the ZOO park 3 min away in car. 10 min away from the downtown. Also close 5 min to interstate 275 , close to Bush garden park 20 min and buccaneers and yankee stadium 10 min, additional pet fee , for each pet charge 50 dollars. It’s a separate house 🏡 very private all fenced

We enjoyed staying at Yuliet's place. It was clean, spacious, and the best location! The only point of improvement was the keypad door was difficult to open. Overall, we had the best time!

I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tampa, the place is small but perfect for a couple. Yuliet was super responsive and helpful as well. I definitely recommend, it’s also just about 10-15 mins from a bunch of good restaurants downtown!!

Very nice place that is very calm and relaxing. Me and my wife spent a few days here while exploring Tampa. Easy to get to and good parking. Very calm area with no disturbance what so ever. Very comfy bed and clean all over.

Amazing Stay!!

I came down for a week and stayed by myself. The host was so welcoming!! The guest house was ready early, and check in was super easy!! Definitely recommend anyone who is needing somewhere to stay to check this place out! It is so pretty and super private! Has your own entrance and a nice little sitting area right in front. Perfect place for a couple to stay a few nights, just enough room and is very clean, conveniently located 15 min from about everything,the room is very cool from the ac aswell, the toilet even has a bidet! THIS PLACE THAT WE RENTING AND DEALING WITH OUR HOST WAS A PERFECT AND EASY PROCESS. SHE WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR US AND THE PROPERTY MADE US FEEL SAFE AND AT HOME. BESIDES THE WIFI, THE CONSTRUCTION, AND THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER THIS WAS A VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. THE INSIDE OF THE PLACE WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY, IT HAD PLENTY OF AMENITIES TO OFFER THAT MADE OUR STAY SO MUCH BETTER. WOULD DEFINITELY RENT HERE AGAIN!

Peaceful nook with all you need!

We had a lovely visit and enjoyed our stay immensely. Neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to many attractions and beaches. Plenty of space for parking and well-lit. Private entry and space with tall fence. Inside plenty of space for two people and very comfortable. Would recommend a few small things - beach towels or extra towels, washcloths, a strainer in the kitchen and a pot. Thank you so much again!

Unit was perfect for one or 2 people . Private entry and private exterior area . Adjacent to the zoo and USF . Lots of restaurants around and close to downtown . Neighborhood was very quiet heard some chickens in the mornings early . Nice Kitchenette great bathroom I was very with room in bedroom and the fans plus the ac split air you just needed to know how work the controller . Bed and lines awesome as well . Small living room couch beside that it was perfect .
