“We had a wonderful short break to Cattlestone Farm to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Despite less than ideal weather we enjoyed a comfortable and luxurious stay and felt truly away from it all. The shepherd’s hut was nicely secluded and felt so private; it’s also set amongst the trees so we felt really connected with nature. The outside space is fabulous and we’d love to come again when it’s not so rainy…The photos don’t do the loveliness of this accommodation justice. Sparkling clean,……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Stables. It was very tranquil. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. The property was clean and comfortable. Two highlights to mention. The laundry facilities were excellent. There is also a very pleasant walking path from the Stables to Shere that takes about 1 hour. For those not used to driving on narrow English roads, be sure to come in from the north through the village of Farley Green. ”

“Overall a nice cozy place. Didn’t spend a ton of time there other than sleeping and showering. Check in was contactless. Very simple. In kitchen area small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave. Small cooktop. More than adequate for our needs. The space did get warm due to no A/C. However we were there during an unusually hot period for the UK. ”

“A perfect weekend escape pad. Superbly cosy shepherds hut. Absolutely loved the outside kitchen… even though it rained relentlessly on the night of our stay the kitchen and outdoor dining was such fun. Kitchen kit was plentiful and well thought out.. shame it wasn’t fire pit weather! However, we had the best time and look forward to returning before too long.. thank you for a great weekend stay.”
