“No hot water for showering. I can understand if staying at a $5-$10 hostel but not for what this place charges. The staff offered to bring a bucket of hot water for cleaning up. Bed consisted of box spring, but no mattress. Not a comfortable nights sleep.”

“The experience was quite bad as the manager Juma intentionally showed a better and bigger room with giving us a single bed room mentioned that’s standard room we booked (which we booked a double room) and asked us to pay more for change. 2 of us changed and saw Juma directly put the money in his own pocket. The feeling is awful. In addition to that, the towel wasn’t change at all as I can find the same stain for 2 days. The housekeeper then changed after I asked. The only benefit is near……
