「The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was truly farm to table.
The only downside is the staff can use more help. Just analyzing and realizing their current staff helps each other and everyone does everything to ensure you're comfortable. I feel the administration should help the staff more by giving them more help. 」

「Property is absolutely gorgeous. Great for adult family of 6. Private beach, great security getting into and while on property. AC, hot water, super clean, outdoor shower with pool, hammocks, what else can you ask for! We loved this place. Stella, our host, was a great communicator and helped us on a number of occasions. We did not have a rental car. Used private drivers, Ubers and local buses and we were fine. Thank you Stella!」

「The staff was very courteous. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a kind staff member, Deysy. She was professional through and through, understanding, and explained things in detail. The staff at the restaurant were also attentive and pleasant, & the food delicious! The staff at the parking lot were also attentive and very kind.
Overall, the staff is service-oriented and service-conscious, and it's appreciated.
