Wonderful experience

Catarina made our check-in and checkout process extremely easy and she was very helpful and responsive. For us, the location was excellent and very close to many great restaurants and easy to walk to the Castle and churches. Very convenient for the ferry to Tavira Island Beach, which is a must do if you come. Eat at Sunshine Cafe on the island and at Nikita 30 feet from the apartment. We would definitely stay here or at another property managed by Catarina’s company in the future and hope to do so. Tavira was just wonderful, did not want to leave.

An extra special week in Tavira

This property was delightful in every way. It was quiet and spacious. The front door lead straight out onto the street facing the waterfront. The back doors lead onto a patio by the pool and outdoor table setting, great to relax in the warm October evenings. There was a lovely alfresco restaurant next door and many others easy walking distance in this quaint town exuding history and local industry and culture. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. Kitchen well equipped also. Loved every minute of it.

This was our 2nd visit to the property as we really liked the apartment and the location. The apartment is quiet despite being so close to all the bars and restaurants and it feels very private. Tavira is very pretty and the locals are very friendly. We would definitely recommend this property and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Lovely ,central location with access to loads of bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from a cheap supermarket if we wanted to stay in. Own private pool a real bonus in the heat. The white sangria at Ofelias Cocktail bar is awesome but lethal, especially if you get 2 litres for 25 euros. 😀😀😀

Excellent and personal welcome by the managing agency (they are just 30m up the street so check in and check out are a breeze), noise levels are low thanks to double glazing doors to the street. Pool is large and clean but there's no fencing so not ideal for little kids. Kitchen well fitted out, everything's working. Overall very well maintained and recommended.

We rented 1 week and I think there should be toilet paper , soap andshower gel in the bathrooms as we’ll as a bottle water in the fridge .Some dishwashing tablet as well as a Wasing machine tablet would have been nice None of this was provided . Hot week in Tavira

My wife, myself and two friends stayed for a week, having stayed at the property previously. Unfortunately when we arrived the Air Con had stopped working, just one of those things and unfortunate it was during our stay. A new entire system was installed to get it back up and running. It meant that we were without Air Con for a number of days, again unfortunate during a hot spell. However the owner promptly gave us an appropriate refund before the end of our stay. I would happily return and would especially recommend the place as it’s location could not be more perfect close to all amenities, after an airport transfer no car required.

"This is a wonderful apar...

"This is a wonderful apartment in an excellent part of Tavira. The rooms are large, modern and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds comfy. My children were a bit disappointed that the pool was too cold to swim, although it did get warm enough on one very hot day. There are lots of marvellous restaurants and cafes close by, and the very lovely river is just metres away. There is a very nice bar on the corner, The Pink Flamingo, which is fun and friendly, but not noisy at night. The apartment is very accessible for a wheelchair user, but the cobbled pavements outside are a nightmare! Our only complaint was that there was no one waiting with the keys when we arrived, even though we were on time. Had to phone the office. And the deposit of 300 euros seemed very high. Overall a really fantastic flat and Tavira is a perfect holiday destination."

Tolle Lage zur Altstadt und zum Strand von Tavira

Die großzügige Wohnung liegt perfekt am Fluß von Tavira unweit der schönen Altstadt. Die Fähre zum vorgelagerten Strand fährt wenige Meter vor dem Haus. Man braucht also kein Auto. Obwohl es sich lohnt mit dem Auto die schöne Umgebung um Tavira zu erkundschaften. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war für 5 Personen umzureichend. Es fehlten Pfannen und entsprechend große Töpfe. Deshalb haben wir im Hof gegrillt, was gut ging. Leider war der Pool nicht ganz sauber und da besserte sich auch im Lauf

The apartment is spacious and luxurious. Modern kitchen, a fireplace and Internet connection with more than enough bandwidth. You’re in a few minutes walk of bars, restaurants and the ferry to the beach. Master bedroom is in very quiet area. The pool was to cold for me in March. The apartment is ground level only, the second floor appartement has few on the pool as well. I missed having a interesting few from the apartment. Truly great apartment.
