「There was no toilet paper or toiletries in the bathroom. Towels were not that clean . 」

「Staff is very nice and helpful, but the place itself is not satisfactory. They need to invest in keeping the place clean, and updated. It has a funky smell all over. 」

Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay.」

「No way closer to the five star. Room service doesn’t work, bedding is old and probably used 1000 times before you sleep on those sheets and use pillows. Breakfast areas management is worst as it’s hard to find seats and then find waiters. You don’t expect such things in a five star. I would rate it a 2 star if compared to any good hotel chain」

「The property looks nice at first glance, but unfortunately it is not maintained well. It was impossible to reach the staff, as no one answered the phone calls. The toilet seats were loose, and the bidet water pressure was extremely weak. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed with the level of maintenance and service. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed.」

「Worst stay ever. I was bitten by mosquitoes in the room. Imagine that in May heat they had exquisite mosquitoes! Breakfast was terrible although staff member did being me some fried eggs on demand, Thank God. Staff especially at the reception ( person named musawar) was especially rude. Told me a rule three times over including calling me to know my personal phone nber. Really made me feel guilty without me breaking any of hotel rules. Overall bad and terrible experience...」

「Communication online was good.Air conditioning wasn't working in the first room had to change the room.Toilet was not clean ,sheets were dirty after many attempts one clean pillow and duvet was provided.Location was good but due to lack of staff hotel looks and feels neglected.Overall won't recommend or stay again had to move out for few days during my 7 day stay.Pretty disappointed but can't complain about the staff on the door and some room service staff were good. However reception desk...
