Communication terrible

The unit itself is cute and cozy. But upon arrival there was buckets of tools and a shopvac sitting inside, some construction dirt on the floor. I messaged Kevin and the only responses i get are automated. It was annoying to say the least. I mean who wants to spend that kind of money for a romantic night and have buckets of tools sitting around?! Also multiple times in previous correspondence it mentions that its possoble to get a late check out. Well i messaged about it, and never really get a direct answer. They said it will be confirmed the day before arrival. I messaged again that day and absolutely nothing gets done about it. Just "beat around the bush answers". So no i would not recommend, i get the feeling the owner doesnt care about the guests.
