These contemporary, well-appointed condos flank the MEADOWS SKI TRAIL and overlook CHAIRS 1 and 10. Guests enjoy beautiful SKI AREA VIEWS and instant access to the CHONDOLA during ski season for FREE TRANSPORTATION to and from historic downtown Telluride and the resort’s outstanding restaurants.

These units offer it all: an UNBEATABLE LOCATION, EXPANSIVE VIEWS, WESTERN-INSPIRED INTERIORS, and TRUE PRIVACY. THE TERRACES on the Meadows ski run is a mining-style residence divided into four individual homes. No elevators, no crowds—just the cozy feeling of a PRIVATE MOUNTAIN RETREAT.

LLynx at The Terraces:
This upper-level one-bedroom, two-bath condo offers abundant seating in the inviting living room, complete with a GAS FIREPLACE and a DINING TABLE that comfortably seats six to eight. The primary suite features a KING-SIZE BED and TV/DVD player, while an additional QUEEN BED is tucked into the alcove. A spiral staircase leads to the loft, where guests will find TWO TWIN BEDS and vertical blinds for added privacy.

FANTASTIC CONDO AMAZING LOCATION

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Telluride condo! Perfect location, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Property management were super friendly. Waking up to those mountain views was unforgettable and the shortest walk to the bottom of the lifts you could have. Can’t wait to come back!

Reasonably spacious condo for family of 5, steps away from Chondola and Lift 10, easy access to Mountain Village or Telluride via gondola system. The unit itself could use a few upgrades in the kitchen and bedrooms, but has all the basics. Communication with the host, check-in and check out were super easy and quick.but has all the basics.

Great location

Great base for skiing at Telluride. The property is located 30 yards from a run making ski in ski out easy. The chondola provides easy access to Mountain Village and connection to the gondola for town. The property itself was very clean. A few of the furnishings are dated but overall, a great place to stay.

Great condo and Ski in/ out

Great condo in Telluride- awesome "cut-thru" right across from condo to access Sunrise and the Chondola that is a quick 5 min ride up to the Village. Easy to ski back down thru the same cut-thru and can almost ski right up to the entry-door and garage. Nice heated garage and great entry way to take off boots and leave them down there. Great kitchen and balcony. Beds were nice, but a little soft for us. But some people like a firmer bed and some softer. Not a big deal. Great stay for us and our two boys (ages 18 and 20) Communication was great. Overall 5 stars- Tony D

Great location

We had a great time. The property is great. The 3 flights of stairs are a bit difficult but we expected that. We were there as a family with our adult children and although there is no privacy except the master bedroom, we enjoyed the fact that we were together A LOT! Some of the furniture needs to be updated, it’s a not worn out. We will be back.

Great Location clean nice property

Very easy check in and check out. Property location was perfect. The only negative, and it was a small one is there is a faux leather chair that is badly worn. Everything else was very fresh, up to date, and very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view! We loved the full kitchen - had everything we needed to make meals. We had a car but the bus and gondolas (or free parking option by the gondola) was very helpful. We loved the location and hope to come back!

Location, location, location! Very comfortable condo for our family of 5. Heated garage is large enough for a Suburban. Just a few steps and you’re skiing - very easy access to the Chondola and Sunshine lifts.

Awesome location!

This place was great. Literally ski in ski out. Perfect for our family with 2 beds upstairs in the loft, a queen downstairs and a king master. 8 minute drive from the grocery store. We were hot the first night so we turned the heat down to 65 and were comfortable the rest of the time. It gets really warm in the day with the windows and the fireplace makes it REALLY warm. Not a bad thing in Telluride! Kitchen was well equipped. Super comfy beds and high quality sheets. No complaints at all!

Great Condo

This condo fit the bill for our family! It is just a few steps to the Chondola that puts you just above the core of Mountain Village. The check in instructions on the property management website says you will get an email but in fact you will get a text. This has to add a lot of extra unnecessary telephone calls to the property management office. Other than this small issue it was a great place to stay in Telluride!

402 Terraces was a great place to stay!

Overall Telluride is a beautiful place in the summer! So many gorgeous hiking trails, beautiful sights, and a charming downtown. We were there for Telluride Film Festival which was awesome. The property was perfect for our needs. It was helpful to have a car to drive the free Gondola into Mountain Village and into town. But we used the shuttle system as well, which worked out fine. Exceptional stays were very responsive and answered any questions - ie the battery was low on the door lock causing it to have trouble opening. We were able to call them, they got us in right away with no problem. The property was well equipped, clean, and was as described. I would recommend reviewing the bedroom arrangements carefully to make sure they'll work for you. It was fine for us, but you need to go through the 2nd bedroom to get to the loft.

Great location

This condo had more supplies than any other vrbo I have ever stayed at. Shampoo, TP, paper towels, laundry soap, hand soap, bars of soap. It was so nice not to have to find a store to buy essentials. The property has a great location near the gondola for easy access to Telluride.

Great quiet space

My friends and I came to Telluride for the Bluegrass Festival and this place was the perfect starting point. The shuttle service included with the stay was very helpful in getting us to the gondola and from there it was two short, beautiful gondola rides into Telluride. This place allowed us to enjoy the festival and then tuck away to our quiet neighborhood in Mountain Village to enjoy restful evenings and peaceful mornings. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Good Location, Helpful Property Manager

This property is very close to the Chondola. A little bit of a hike in ski boots, but my 7 and 10 year kids were able to make the walk and carry their skis to the Chondola on their own. Had some issues with the door code upon check-in, but the property manager was able to resolve the issue within a few minutes.
