“Really cute little apartment, good sized unit. Location is very walkable to all parts of Telluride. There was some construction on the street right outside September 2026 but that won’t be going on forever. Walking around the building and finding the unit the first time can be a little confusing and there’s two doors to the unit so I suggest finding the front door before you bring all your luggage up. Parking can be a limited though, as I mentioned earlier the street was under construction which……

“This was the perfect spot for me to stay! I would stay here again.”

“Very nice unit , well located, excellent communication.”

“Conveniently located, first floor unit, next to the pool and laundry with 3 beds! We came for a summer baseball tournament. Zero complaints. Will try to book again next year. Host was very responsive to my questions.”

“What a wonderful condo! The location is fantastic. It’s beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Excellent steam shower. On-site parking is very helpful as parking in town can be challenging. We didn’t move the car once there as we could walk everywhere. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this home!”

“I sent a personal message to the host since this was a last-minute booking and we were excited to find something so close to our event. The place was clean, but unfortunately everything felt very dated. The furniture looked mismatched, and some of the window coverings were literally being held up with duct tape. It honestly hurt my heart because the property has so much potential.”

“Close proximity to the walking trail and amenities. Only a couple ideas for improvements, a cleaner pool and the pool could use some lounge chairs. Parking could be assigned.”

“Great property at a wonderful location. Right on the river path easy walk to downtown and the gondola. Hot ton was an extra added treat especially after a day of hiking.”

“Great location and the host was amazing at communication! We loved access to the hot tub and parking in the garage. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“Clean and walking distance to everything in town. Would stay again!”

“The property was cute and clean. Perfectly located - walking distance to downtown and the grocery store. The cute walking path along the river is directly behind the property. Our electric stove top was a little hard to figure out so I reached out to management and they responded right away giving me the information I needed.”

“Great location, great property. I’d stay there again!”

“The loft was super cute, and in an awesome location! We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do in town. The check-in process and communication with the host was extremely easy, and we even extended our stay an extra night with no sweat! We will definitely be back.”

“Beware! This is completely misrepresented. The place was disgusting. Owner stated he was "too busy" to discuss exhibiting the height of arrogance. Sure it's a great location. Sure he sent several canned messages with instructions. ”

“Excellent condo in a perfect location. Two blocks to the heart of town. Two blocks the other way and you are on the gondola headed to mountain village. No need for a car here! My son did a fly fishing camp at Telluride Anglers and this was the perfect home base.”
