Convenient location to grocery store, shopping and restaurants. A 15-20 minute walk to Town Park where the festival was held. Secure building with elevator access.

Adequate Stay

Overall the stay was fine and as pictured. The thing that makes this three stars are it was hot and difficult to cool down with the fan provided. I know AC is not common in telluride and fans should work. A fan did somewhat work but it was hard to set up a box fan with the layout and windows in this unit. And the overhead fan on its own would not have cooled the room to a comfortable tempature overnight. The other thing was there was no water besides the bathroom. This is somewhat known based on the pictures of the unit but not explicitly stated. Even if it was I would take off a star for any unit at this price for not providing drinking water. Overall it's a fine stay but I would not recommend it to friends or family so that's why I gave three stars.

Great place in meeting our needs

Overall, this was a great studio for our two-nights in Telluride. This town is very walkable and we were within easy-walks to dinning, shopping and the gondola. Plus, it is adjacent to a great little grocery store with pizza by the slice and other goodies. The location is quiet and rest full and the heat floors are great. The staff were wonderful and the price very reasonable. We are happy we found this place.

Beyond expectations

Communication with Jenny, the manager was excellent. The directions, how to access, where to park were easy to follow. The room was nicer than the photo and the location ideal. So nice to find a place that was not overpriced and yet had all the amenities expected and more. We were very pleased with BaseCamp and would stay in the same room if available.
