「Beautiful water feature / pool, the casitas are modern, clean and comfortable overall, and there’s an open shared dining area.
That said, for the price, the property needs some work.
We were told that we couldn’t use the open kitchen area at all (even to microwave our own food for a minute) because “it won’t be fair to other guests,” even though it wasn’t being used at all in the evening.

「Staff was amazing and very helpful. Upon arrival we were told that there was sunscreen for us to use, only for all of the bottles to be empty. They did have cold water on tap available at all times, so that was really nice. Bathroom could use a lot of work, sink was coming off the wall, toilet didn’t flush on multiple occasions, the door in there didn’t close and shower pressure was very low.
