Tennessee Ski Hotel

"The rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot food and not just bagels and muffins. I did not realize when I booked the hotel that parking in the hotel lot was extra. The hotel was not in the area I expected (my fault). However it was a 1-mile walk from Broadway and the Ryman, etc. attractions. "

"Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities including free popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh and hot items to choose from. The only area that could use some TLC was the bathroom in our room. Caulking needed to be redone, the shower door didn't stay closed, plus the door handle of the shower was coming off. But the rainfall showerhead was a nice bonus. Overall, excellent hotel that we would definitely stay at again. "

"Just about the whole park was closed and the outdoor parks were only open on the weekend. It’s a waste of money to go while they are under renovation "

"Resort at Governors Crossing was very clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. We experienced little noise in our room. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The indoor waterpark and pool area stay open late, which is a big plus for our family as we are not early risers."

"Overall, enjoyed our stay. We were in Nashville only for two nights for a concert at the Bridgestone Arena. The hotel is in a good location close walking distance to Broadway and to the concert venue. We did run into a couple of issues during our stay. Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4pm, got a text saying it was ready about 40 minutes later but then had to wait at front desk for quite awhile before being helped. So, we didn’t get into our room until about 50 minutes after check in time. Then upon trying to load up the car and check out, one of the elevators was down. Wait times were crazy to be able to get on and made checking out pretty hectic. Not huge issues, but enough to be annoying when you’re in a rush. Other than that, it was a decent stay for a short trip."
