Excellent hotel, right on the beach with a beautiful pool. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are well appointed and immaculately clean. I highly recommend this hotel for singles, couples and families.

Could not have been better!

I had a fantastic stay! It couldn't have been better. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe is important to me, and I truly did here. Incredibly friendly staff, amazing room, fantastic location... Delicious food in the restaurant. I grew so fond of everyone and actually felt sad to leave. The staff made my stay a 10/10. The hotel had excellent facilities and was very fresh. No noise or disturbances! I recommend this hotel to everyone, whether you're traveling alone, as a family, or as a couple.

A good hotel. The deluxe room we had was excellent, clean and a good size for 2 of us. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, even those who didn’t speak English (and why should they) did their best to understand and be understood. We stayed after our civil wedding and before and after our traditional ceremony at my wife’s family home, the hotel put extra decorations on the bed to make it romantic and special, a lovely unexpected gesture. The one thing I gathered from one of our party is there is a big difference between superior and deluxe rooms so it’s worth spending the extra money. Some of our party said the corner rooms are excellent too

Nice hotel by the beach with good food

We stayed only 1 nite because we needed to overnite in Chantaburi before heading to Koh Kood. Hotel had a great location by the beach. Rooms was nice but no view of the beach (room 1407). Hot water in the shower took forever to get warm. The hotel was was not busy. We were hoping for a room with a better view. But since we booked the cheapest rate, the kind but “go by the book” receptionist said not possible…. Inspite of the low occupancy. Most hotels i’ve stayed at offer free upgrade when occupancy is low… making me as guest more appreciated, which adds to better customer experience. We like the hotel because of location, food, facilities… but service could be better.

I booked a garden view room and they gave me a construction view. I informed the staffs and requested a change and they refused. I contacted support and they refused to respond. The room also had damages and throughout my stay there was construction noise. This is unfair as I specifically chose this hotel for comfort and beach proximity. But the treatment by the staffs and refusal to fix the problem made the stay really bad. I was also made to sit for almost an house from 5 to 6 pm to checkin because they were still cleaning the room. At 5 pm.

Ja das Hotel ist kein Jungbrunnen mehr. Aber wir hatten hier ein tolle Zeit und würden immer wiederkommen. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe. Das wlan läuft. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück wenn viele Gäste da sind ist der Wahnsinn. Ganz besonders möchte ich mich bei Brian dem Manager bedanken. Er hat uns nicht wie Gäste behandelt, sondern wie Familie. Hidden gem

En ægte ‘Hidden Gem’. Stranden er meget privat og smuk - lækkert sand og klart vand. Fantastisk pool - ren og velholdt! Kolde drikkevarer og god mad fra The Shore. Hotel manageren var meget venlig og hjælpsom, og vi manglede intet under opholdet. Rigtig god morgenmad med frisklavede æg, søde sager, thailandske retter og alt hvad man havde brug for. Et lille tog man kunne tage ned til stranden var et sjovt påfund og meget fint, især til børn! En perle i Thailand! Vil klart anbefale.

Hold jer langt væk fra morgenmadsretauranten om na

Helvedes larm om natten mellem to og fire. Hver nat når de gjorde klar i morgenrestauranten trak de borde og stole rundt på stengulvet. Samtidig gik de med træsko uden gummisåler. Ellers var det godt.
