「Overall is good!」

「The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room.」

「My room at the top floor, airconditioning is very poor, after complaining provided additional fans ,no clean up the room for one day, but the housekeeping said they forgot to clean, The billing system is poor, room guest for Breadfast or dinner usually will claim at the room bill, but they charge to my deposit credit card immediately, but the final bill found double charging. Very disappointed the experience on this Hotel, only the swimming pool is a good value on my stay, but the rest of thing...

「Random deduction of fees」

「This hotel is pretty old. The AC is noisy and is located right above my head, which is annoying. I won’t stay here going forward.」

「Destination Fee is a bad idea.」

「I can’t not get any service.」

「A great stay with one hiccup on the rooftop My wife and I had a really nice stay, and a big part of that was Mike. He was genuinely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were happy throughout our visit. That kind of personal attention made a real difference. The one issue we ran into was at the rooftop. Both times we went up, the staff couldn’t find our room number to charge our food and drinks. The front desk showed us as checked in, but the rooftop system never registered our room....

「Convenient location to transport and good condition and reasonable services at the site. Staff accessible but not very helpful at times. Breakfast included as set but not buffet.」
