“Good location to see the city. Staff were helpful. No AC but it’s Europe.”

“We arrived a little early to this magnificent property. We were welcomed in to the beautiful sitting room to wait for our room to be ready. Such lovely helpful staff, and so friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, and we also spent time in the sitting room in the evening, playing cards with the fire kindly lit for our benefit. This is a little piece of the history, well worth a stay to experience it.”

“The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay.”

“Very nice, new, modern hotel. The staff is super helpful. I shorted out the outlet plugs in the room, and the staff was able to fix the issue quite quickly. Also, the wifi is super fast. I was able to do a Zoom meeting with no issues. I would stay here again. Great location.”

“Needed somewhere in Derry for a few days whilst visiting family. Very pleased that I found the snug, quiet, clean , comfortable with absolutely everything you would need for a stay in Derry. Spacious lounge, comfortable bed and a well equipped little kitchen complete with some cereals and coffee and some milk in the fridge. Absolutely top of my list for my next visit to the city.”

“The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed ”

“Nous avions réservé un sejour de 4 nuits dans cet hotel et avons été tres agréablement surpris par la beauté des lieux mais malheureusement cela ne compense pas pour de nombreux défauts qui ne nous ont pas permis de profiter de notre sejour de façon optimale. Les horaires de check in/out sont peu commodes : arrivée à 15h et départ avant 10h. Sur les lieux nous avons réalisé que nous n'avions pas reçu de code d'entrée ni de details d'acceuil. Sachant que l'endroit n'a pas de réception, si vous……
