“The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a great breakfast and the dinner was outstanding. The shuttle to and from the Altria theater was very convenient. Thanks”

“Booked 4 rooms. 1 of our 4 the toilet didn’t work. Another the shower worked but was in disrepair and the shower light was in strobe mode. Rooms were huge which was nice. Valet with in and out privilege also great Additionally, the hotel can’t help this but beware: construction next door starts at 6am on the dot and you will be woken up by a jackhammer. (They could avoid putting guests there on slower nights)”

“Very clean”

“Main issue was with Expedia, not Moxy. Expedia was unwilling to resolve a charge disptute.”

“Beautiful rooftop bar, fun quirky hotel. Would stay again.”

“warm and friendly”

“The front desk staff was very polite and enthusiastic, providing us with attentive and thoughtful service. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and he even arranged an extra room for the three of us.”

“Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.”
