“The front desk was super gracious polite and helpful. They even gave free upgrade because bathroom of Scottish villa room wasn’t pristine clean.
The property is very elegant for nature lover wanting peace and getaway from city crowd but still being inside the city. ”

“No heater, no carpet or slippers for cold floors, no proper toiletries just soap, blanket with women's hair, uncleaned kettle, no wifi password given, other than being on prime location this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed as per the amount paid.
The manager making excuses of no electricity during 2PM everyday on checkin time and asking guests to cancel so that they can rent rooms on higher price to other guests during peak crowd. This hotel should be 1 star nothing more.”

“Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking. You may get locked out if you are a late night player. Turns absolutely dark at night even the walkways and stairwells to the rooms, so keep a flashlight on hand.
