“Clean room. Miss Elaine, receptionist, was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Location right next to French Market. Easy access to all attractions. Only comment would be , depending on which direction one was coming from the hotel was not easy to locate and reception was not clearly signposted. However, would definitely stay there again .”

“Wonderful seats poolside to sit and dip your feet. Room was well stocked with coffee and other amenities. Staff was excellent and professional, welcoming and kind. Valet service was top notch! Shout out to Sebastian who we met checking in - responded to all requests with quick dispatch. All hotel staff were so good; I've traveled all over the world and was really impressed with their professionalism from the front desk to the valet, housekeeping - everything! The French Quarter is awesome enough……
