"Love that breakfast and dinner are included!! Huge win there! The view and proximity to downtown are nice. We've stayed there before, and we'll definitely stay there again!"

"It’s a short walk to the national park. The view of the arch is gorgeous. The cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful and the staff was helpful and delightful."

"Exceptionally beautiful historic building; great surroundings. Front desk staff all excellent, very patient, helpful, friendly and informative. Made up for the deficiencies of housekeeping -- after our first night they threw out all our coffee cups, failed to replace them, as well as water bottles and sugar. After the second night we didn't get replacement toilet paper or facial tissue. (Front desk got these for us.) Breakfast buffet and waitstaff very very good. Hotel store insufficiently stocked -- no Tylenol, for example. No drugstore or convenience store within walking distance for things like ice packs or sanitary napkins. Ice machines in the hallways but no bucket in our room. These are all quibbles -- overall we had a wonderful time."

"The hotel was nice and clean with good amenities of free breakfast and drinks each day. Parking was easy and free. It was super convenient and close to all the kids activities (City Museum, Arch, Zoo, etc). The blackout curtains in the room actually worked! We happened here during spring break when the weather was not great so the pool was insanely crowded and kind of gross (cloudy water and foamy hot tub). The pool water was also a bit chilly so not super enjoyable swimming which was a bummer bc that’s always a nice activity for the kids. I think had the hotel not been so busy we would have enjoyed our stay a bit more but it was good overall. "

"The AC didn’t work at all, I was almost frozen even I set it to be 85 F. It was terrible to stay one night with no heating on. The room was also not clean, the first room they gave me was completely used. After switch to the second one, the bed and bathroom was cleaned, but you could tell the sofa, desk, chair was used by last customer. Pillows were everywhere, bathroom didn’t have towels except one hand towel. The parking is extremely difficult, there is no ramp attached to the hotel. You need to wait for a while to let valet parking staff get the car from other blocks then hand it to you."
