「The perfect place to stay in the Phoenix area! Easy access to downtown and other things to do. The place itself is absolutely beautiful and so clean. If we come back to Phoenix, we’d love to be able to stay there again. 」

「Nice two bedroom apartment. Everything you could need except food. Kitchen even had spices. High-quality appliances, coffee maker for brewed or Keurig coffee. Two bedrooms and full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Very clean and nicely decorated. Covered parking right behind apartment. Location was close to hospital and many restaurants and other stores.」

「We loved how quiet the neighborhood was, it made for great sleep in the comfy bed! The location was a quick lyft/uber ride away but it was a nice walk to the Breakfast B**#% in 15mins. for a delicious Breakfast Kevin sent a list of local places to check out! 「Cute older place, centrally located for convenience. Owner was great with communication and instruction. Beds were not too comfy but we are not too picky. Spirit activity was wild. Overall, great for the price compared to hotels in the area. 」

「This property was just as advertised. Everything was clean and comfortable, parking was easy and even the pool was nice. Access to GCU, other area entertainment and the airport was just what we were looking for.」

「The property was well maintained. A little confusing to get out of gated community without a car. Our unit was beautiful and homey. Close to GCU campus.」

「The place is nice and pleasant, BUT they make you choose between a damage waiver at $29.90 or a deposit with a mandatory tranasactoon fee. This is just irritating. 」

「The location is perfect. Very close to the light rail and restaurants.」

「This Vrbo is super clean, conveniently located, secure, quiet, and just all around lovely! The host is a great communicator. We will definitely stay again if visiting Phoenix!」

「I needed a place for the weekend and this property was great. Well located to food and bars, and a grocery store just down the street! It was perfect.」

「The 2BR Condo was very close to Barrow Neurological Institute, St. Joseph Hospital. There are many options for good restaurants around the condo. We had a problem, the King size bed collapsed during the night! No one was hurt, but it could have been disastrous!The toilets are not ADA quality.」
