「Their website specifically states, “Special arrangements can be made in advance if notified before arrival”. However, the owners were absolutely non-accommodating for a very reasonable request when notified three weeks in advance.」

「South Carolina - very nice room, well maintained and clean with a 3rd floor view of the Main Street. Note that all rooms require steps to 2nd & 3rd floor. Good location, close to everything. Owners need to review definition of “B&B”. We have never stayed at a B&B before that charged extra for breakfast. We arrived at 5pm, left at 10 am; never met any employee or owner. Strange!」

「It is an older property, but was clean. We parked right in front of our room. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is great; convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions.」

「Staff is friendly and willing to offer recommendations of nearby places to visit. Establishment was clean and well maintained. They have a beautiful display of live plants throughout the lobby providing a lovely welcoming feeling. I appreciated their large display of menus of nearby restaurants. If I visit Gettysburg again I will be using this location again.」

「If you'd like to stay next to a highway with a steady stream of big rigs going by from early in the morning until late at night, all using their air brakes to slow down for the roundabout, this is the place for you. Don't think about peace and quiet, there isn't any. This is an ancient building located in the center of traffic. It was a mistake to stay there. We don't recommend it for any reason unless you don't need sleep. Now, the antique nature of the building is "cute" but not practical....

「I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay.」

「Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.」

「The location is great. We were able to walk downtown for dinner and some shopping. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. We appreciated being able to bring our dog to Gettysburg with us. The hotel was very pet friendly. Breakfast was great. The air conditioner in our room was noisy but other than that, we have no complaints. We will definitely stay there again.」

「The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Needs a little remodel but was clean. Only stayed one night but price and lication was great for our stay. Wish there was some vending machine with drinks and snacks to purchase. I would stay here again!! 」
