Clean room Great staff The shower in the bathroom leaked water onto the bathroom floor which soaked the bathmat which explained the tile floor being uneven and loose Other then that I loved the room

Overall the hotel and staff were wonderful. The only thing I noiced was a musty smell in my room when checking in. The bedding and bathrooms all looked clean, but there was a noticeable smell ( like wet towels).

Very nice front desk staff made check in easy even though the computers were down. The location is close to shopping and the casino along with many restaurants. The room was very clean! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Staff was very nice. The facility is clean and comfortable. I brought my family on a business trip and was a little disappointed the pool and jacuzzi were cold. We were told to turn the jets on the jacuzzi to heat it and I did not work. I had to take the kids to do something else.

We Love courtyard hotels. Check staff was super friendly and help full. However at check out we waited over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. There was no one at the desk. When they attendant returned after someone got her she barely said 2 words to us and had a horrible attitude.

It was fine. Coffee isn’t available until 7am and in room coffee was not replenished. Sheets were very thin, pillows too, and the room was quite loud. Everything was clean and in the words of my family, the whole hotel was “mid.”

Great Value for the Money, good nights sleep.

Stayed in York for business in Baltimore, hotel was in good shape. The marketplace in the lobby was pretty much bare of any snacks or food. The room itself was pretty decent. Some lights out, furniture definitely showing signs of wear, but nothing out of expectation. The shower in the bathroom had great water pressure but there was one major flaw, the door being glass and all was nice but didn’t latch all the way on my shower, which ended up soaking the bathroom floor right in front of the shower… come to find out it was because of the hair dryer they had hung from a robe hook? Or something… long story short, it was my fault, but some hotels with the sliding door is less clunky and just makes for a better experience.
