"I gave a 3 on some because we were really disappointed to find out at check in the pool was closed. This was the main reason we booked the hotel. Would be nice to know this ahead of time or at least receive a discount since we didn’t have a pool to enjoy. Hotels with pools always charge more so we should have been given that instead of one drink ticket per person. Otherwise the staff was great and the hotel was beautiful."
