“This is a cute property with all the amenities needed. There is a fully functional kitchen and living room. The check in was slightly confusing but that seems to have been due to an online issue. When i got hold of the owner he sorted it all out immediatly.”

Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!”

“Well this looked like a back house for maids. The 2nd bedroom light had no on and off switch so my kids had to sleep with their light on. We were 4 guests, but they had only placed 2 small cups for coffee. The doors inside were actually cupboard doors. The heater was a normal 2 bar heater instead of the aircon that was there. Definitely not worth the price”

“I arrived after midnight and found staff in pajamas sleeping. They had no clue about my reservation even though it was booked 2 weeks ahead of time. I had to find my booking confirmation and show credit card statement of payment. Then i was walked through a dark alley to what could be otherwise considered the "boys quaters". My taxi driver was so scared of leaving me all alone and stayed until i got into my room. It was an ok room, sofa , tv, bed,bathrom, kitchen. I could smell the dust even……

“The place looked good from the outside but, inside it needed a lot of TLC .
The electric infrastructure in the bedroom was from one multi plug. TV , Fridge
Air Conditioner, kettle and any other personal equipment. Such as computer and cell phone
Charging all from one unit. (Totally unsafe). The other plug socket did not work.
Plumbing also was a disgrace. The toilet didn’t work properly and the tap on the
Hand basin was loose. No more than one star accommodation. We shall never be going……
“The owners were very nice and tried very hard to make my stay nice. My problem was that there is no washer in the unit, the washer is in their house and I would have to go in their house to do laundry. When the advertisement lists washer, it should be in the place you're staying, not have to go somewhere else to do laundry. And there is a pic of a dining room but that is also in their main house, not in the unit itself. I find that to be misleading. The smell of marijuana is so strong it made……
“Not so good as they didn't even accommodate us. They indicated that they don't use Hotels for bookings. I stated arguing even after showing them proof of payment they just refused to accommodate us. I will appreciate to be refunded as I experienced such experience for the first time in my life. ”

The cleanliness of the rooms are at best disgusting. No toilet paper is the tip of the iceberg.
There are naked woman walking the halls with numerous "visitors" coming in and out. The owner\manager is impossible to get hold of.
Disgraceful.……
