This well appointed, 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom, open floor plan condominium is located in the exclusive guard-gated community of Club Marena. The convenient private garage makes it easy to store your surfboards and hang your wetsuits. The condo is an end unit, so it feels especially private, with no passing foot traffic. There is an extra twin bed in the flex space, in addition to the queen beds in both bedrooms.

Enjoy magnificent sunrise and sunset views from the large, furnished, south-facing balcony, overlooking Descanso Bay. As a guest, you will have full access to the semi-private surf break on the point at k38.5. Soak up the sun by the pool, relax in the hot tub, or just stay in and enjoy the jacuzzi tub in the master retreat.

Smart TV’s in the living room and master bedroom are ready for you to log in with your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other accounts. There is a collection of games and interesting books to keep you entertained as well. Both the living room and master bedroom have a fireplace to keep you cozy.
