“This place is awesome! It's clean and very comfortable. It's just like being at home, there was plenty of room and it has everything you need. The beach is just a short walk and beach access was very easy. The staff is exceptionally nice and very polite. We had an issue upon check-in and the maintenence man took care of it right away! We will definitely stay here again!”

“Amazing place to stay in Sebastian. Walking distance from several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant with the best garlic rolls we've ever had and some of the best pizza! We took a few day trips out to Sebastian Inlet State Park and saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, a sting ray and lots of fish. We think snorkeling there will be better in the summer time. “Me and my wife booked through Expedia looking for an affordable hotel just to sleep for the night and wake up to go to the beach in the A.M. We ended up arriving at around 12am and had a message from the owner with information about the property and the code to the lockbox with the key. Gaining access to the room was easy and convenient. The drive up to the property was worrisome as it is was very dark driving into the area at night and dim lighting once we arrived at the building. I think this……
