"very outdated, and dirty. Non of the towels felt clean as there was always some staining, the sheets had a smell and so did the room. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Only good thing was the beach access and the beautiful beach"

"Seabreeze Inn is an Excellent! The location was ideal to Restaurants & Everything I Needed to Enjoy My Stay. The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. The Towels were in great condition, which you don’t find in most hotels. I highly recommend this location & would stay again!"

"The hot tub wasn't functional, some of the racks in the bathroom were hanging loose out of the wall, there was mold in the light in the bathroom, and the shower head had lime build up, the hot water didn't work in the sink."

"Breakfast was great had plenty of options for the family, it also had a great weekend hours so we didn’t feel rushed to get up early so we don’t miss it. We needed a cot and was surprised it was only $10 a night for one! Staff was friendly would recommend location as it was central to a lot of things to do!"

"Exceptional hotel. Clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. Only problem i experienced was NOT with the actual room, it was with the booking through Expedia. Traveling with a family of 4, including a child so space was very valuable for a 2 night stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sofabed, and balcony. Room was confirmed by Expedia. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly informed me that they did not have such room available that I booked. They offered me the option to take a room with a 1 bed, a sofa bed, and no balcony or cancel altogether. I opted to take the available room since it was a nice hotel and didn’t have time to find something else. To be fair, the hotel tried to contact me to tell me about the problem but I did not get the message until after I arrived. Needless to say, our sleeping arrangements and space was cramped. Not what we paid for. Asked about reimbursement but was told I would have to contact the third party. Contacted Expedia and spent more time than I anticipated trying to resolve the issue. All in all. Exceptional hotel. Disappointed in the booking experience through Expedia. Partially resolved. "
