“The resort charged an additional fee to check in early (12:00). They also charged me an additional fee for my daughter. They only give you the number of towels to match your party. They also mentioned charging me for a towel due to makeup residue. I feel they definitely try to add any additional charge possible to your stay once you arrive.”

“The hotel itself is fine. It’s an older hotel that has been semi-updated. We were in building C and did not have any issues with the roaches mentioned in other reviews. The room was on the smaller size but adequate. Employees were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location directly on the beach. The two pools were decent size. The main issue is the other guests there. We could smell people smoking marijuana every day which made enjoying the balcony difficult. Also, if you have a room on……

“The room was available at a cheap price so you only get which you pay for. Basically I can’t really complain because of the price, but the furniture was old and stained. The beds were not comfortable. There was water on the floor in between the beds why I don’t know the toilet would not blush for a very long time. I had to keep flushing, although check-in was quick and service was good. I guess not too much not too little type of service but overall the only time I would ever stay here again is……

“Conveniently located to the beaches. Housekeeping was poor there for 3 nights they didn’t do trash or clean room. I had to get towels. When asked the front desk said you have to request cleaning.”

My room, while "upgraded" to a double king, was not only filthy but also smelled so weird that I had to hand-clean and spray down everything myself multiple times throughout my 10-day stay. There was no dresser for clothing, the refrigerator/freezer was iced over completely (they replaced it), and multiple surfaces contained mold or other stains. The staff was quite often missing wjen needed. All in all, quite awful.”
