「No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. 「The instructions for entry were misleading & it took over an hour to work out what they meant. There were 3 steep & sharp steps to the front door & no hand rail. The dining room furniture was a table on wheels which wouldn't lock, no chairs but 2 wooden benches from a garden set. Neither lavatory had a properly fitting seat. On Saturday the builder next door was apparently stripping wood on the party wall. The noise was so loud the telephone answerer couldn't hear me on the phone. I was told...

「It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay.
