I went there with my girlfriend for 1 night I checked in the room I went to have a shower and I want to adjust the shower head in the pressure that I wanted and it was droken after I went out to get a towel and was a hole in ther. In the end I went to have a nap and and was stains in the bed and holes as well I find that discasting👎👎

O hotel em si é bom, dentro do esperado, no entato ao chegarmos eles não encontravam a reserva, mesmo já estando paga e mostrando a mesma impressa. Segundo a recepção nos fariam um favor por nos deixar entrar e que por sorte tinha quarto, no dia seguinte "acharam" a reserva.

The location is a little far from the center, but it's quiet and safe. The gym is dated but has all the equipment needed. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly.

Prestige Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt, geschützt von Hauptdurchzugsstrassen, inmitten eines grünes Parks mit Teich und romantischer Brücke, bietet ausgezeichnete Dienstleistungen, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen, Frühstück im Restaurant ist regional und frisch zubereitet. Zimmerservice ist hervorragend und die Ausstattung ist wirklich überraschend gut - Soundboxen zuschaltbar im Bad unterhalb des Flachbildfernsehers und eine kleine feine Minibar falls die Lounge Bar unten nicht offen hat, lässt niemanden dursten.

The staff was very helpful when asked for anything. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The gym wasn't in the best shape, but that's not a big loss. The prices were WAY better if you book straight through the hotel itself!!

Short visit to Tirana

Easy to check in and find about all the amenities. The room was clean and nice. Good, spacious bathroom. Restaurant with a bit limited menu but anyway all meals were tasty. Hotel is located in a densely build up area which makes driving to it a bit challenging. Better to leave the car in garage for your whole stay.

Very big and spacious room but furniture like IKEA. Shower and bath only with glas separated, no view protection. 2m bed but the sheet was to short to not move during sleep. The minibar was noisy. The breakfast very poor for such an house and the waiter ignored me while I liked a coffee. 1.8 km awway from main square.

honestly, the first room had some issues. but they upgraded me promptly the next morning. hotels.com was supposed to provide me a coupon as mentioned over the phone but for some reason I did not receive any voucher. why? not sure. but the hotel was nice. within walking distance to everything we needed here in the city center. staff was amazing and the breakfast they served was amazing. I love how nice they were to us. they even sent a private cab agency to pick us up from the airport with all of our luggage and it was only 20 euros. average cab on the street is 20 euros, and the hotel booked a very nice professional driver to pick us up. thank you for the help prestige hotel. we will be back.

l'albergo è defilato rispetto al traffico cittadino e dista dal centro un paio di chilometri. ma il taxi costa solo tre euro.. Stanze ed arredo moderno, colazione accettabile ma non adeguata agli standard europei per un quattro stelle. Personale gentilissimo, preparato e multilingue.. Prezzo davvero contenuto, in linea con i prezzi anche dei ristoranti della città, assolutamente bassi e di ottimo livello.

Good place to stay.

We stayed here last year.this year our room was right above the front door.so we heard kids, people laughing all night long where you can eat outside.not sure if it was hotel guests or locals. Food was great for breakfast and dinner.dinner traditional restaurant was better than Italian restaurant. We went in September so its not so hot.I do wish for breakfast the food that was cold would stay cold.have ice under the yogurt.this year we had a refrigerator in room.but they should tell you that the drinks in there aren't free.

Nice Hotel close to the center of Tirana

If you wouldn´t stay in Tirana the hole time, it is necessary to rent a car. But it is not easy to drive in albania :-)
