“Comfortable beds and amazingly helpful staff.”

“We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. All the while apologizing for the oversight. I assured her it was perfectly ok. Once settled in our room I had to go back out to retrieve an item I had left in our van and as I came back in she……

“The room was fine, clean enough. The noise level was too much - I had asked about a quiet room and the front desk attendant put as right next to the elevator across from a room filled with screaming children who continually slammed doors. Front desk staff left mops out while not in use, and the stairwell was FILLED with old mattresses - made me wonder if there was a bed bug issue? I have never had an issue with a La Quinta before, this one made me think twice about staying again.”

“The hotel was very modern and a convenient downtown location. It is right next to legacy museum and close to many restaurants and other attractions. The breakfast was hot and delicious and staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend and stay here again!”

“The room could use some cleaning!! The pool needs to be cleaned something serious & also areas around the pool deck, chairs, and trash!!”

“The lobby area was tidy and clean. The vending machines were cash/coin only, which can be an inconvenience for guests - in this age of tap and go, not being able to use a card can be frustrating. The room was clean, but missing piece of wooden trim at the base of the tub gave a run-down and neglected appearance.”

“Staff is terrible. After being told we couldn’t check in until management did a walk through of our suite, we found actual drugs in our suite so we let the front desk know by phone. Got passed around on the phone then was asked to come down stairs to talk to the manager. Honestly I thought us having to leave our room was horrible customer service but decided not to throw a fuss over it. When we got downstairs no one communicated what had happened and was treated very poorly by the staff. When we……

“Everything was clean, staff was super nice and helpful and they even gave us some ideas of sights to see while we were there. We even enjoyed the nice park located right behind the hotel. It was really beautiful !”
