「Me and my friend stopped here for 3 nights in August. We had a motorbike accident and went to the hospital where they wouldn’t dress my wounds or really want to help at all. When we got back to the hotel the receptionist was really concerned and got a member of staff who was a first aider (Mateja). They came to the room to clean and dress my wounds, they returned twice after that to re dress my wounds before going back home. I couldn’t thank Mateja enough for her help and concern. Absolutely beautiful place, views were stunning. Unit was perfect. Is only suggest more pillows and perhaps a mattress topper. The bed was hard. But everything else was fantastic. 「Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us」
