Overall is good but breakfast needs to be improved. Not enough food for everybody. Some of the food like spaghetti were Finished and not be able to refilled even we have bkt at 8:20am

This is one of the best hotels I have ever lived in Utsynomiya. I visit to Utsynomiya once a year, and it is hardly find an affordable while comfortable hotel. Finally, I am able to find one. Highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in this hotel for three nights. Room is spacious.The hotel itself is convenient as it is located nearby the JR station. Staff are helpful and polite. There are many options in the breakfast buffet. I will choose to stay here again.

knowing this was a budget inn when I made the booking. Not much expectation except hoping it not a lousy one. Upon arrival, I find everything positively surprising. Even the breakfast is highly commendable. Where else can one find such a price bargain for a budget accommodation !
I was a little worried when making the booking because not many photos to show. But I can say that the actual condition is much better than the pictures posted in the booking site.
