「如果能提供車站接送就更好了」

「Our room on 10F had a great view of the city. It was new, spacious and comfy. The staff checked us in failed. She handed us the keys and done. No explanation of the hotel facilities and that we had to bring towels from the room to the spa. When I asked about breakfast arrangements, she said no breakfast plans for our room. I had to bring out my booking print out to show her our plan. She then checked into her systems for several minutes to confirm she was wrong. And then another several minutes...

「網路有小瑕疵 然後電磁爐使用說明不清 但坪數大又乾淨 有廚房及微波爐 泡澡區也相對大 還有個大陽台 相當適合辦多人聚會或家族旅遊」

「Staff is helpful but the system is confusing, They will not help us to set up the bed but will clear up our bed the next mirning and we have to set up the bed on the second night,」
