Hotel was very nice. Staff are super accomodating for english speakers. Everything was new or just really clean. Onsen was nice as well. Never crowded. Staff gave us umbrellas on a rainy day. Bed was comfy (great pillows). Rooms are on the smaller side but thats expected (still enough for 3 people and a bunch of bags, though walking space was narrow at points).
Super convenient location and hotel staff were amazing. Smaller space, but that’s expected for Tokyo. The bed linens had small stains, but other than that no complaints!
Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. The hotel comes with onsen, daily necessities such as tooth brush, shaver, face wash, lotion, face gel, vitamin c serum, bath towel, coffee, tea, etc.
The hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location near transits, local eateries and shopping! Thank you
Excellent location in Ginza with many food options and amenities close by! Located right in front of a train station, walkable to shopping areas in Ginza, lots of convenience stores near by. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the room felt very clean. They were able to help arrange luggage transfer for us. Our only complaint is the room was quite small but that was to be expected for a hotel room in Ginza at a reasonable price. We would stay here again and would highly recommend it!
I had a great 10-day stay here. The location is central to everything, and easy to get to/from metro from both Haneda or Narita (escalators/elevators limited, so easier if traveling light). The property is clean and lovely BUT the rooms are tiny. The breakfast option is a pass (smoothie and bun) since there’s so many options in the neighborhood (including great convenience store options).
We loved this hotel! The onsen bath was wonderful and we enjoyed the laundry room and the chance to select our favorite pillow. Extremely clean and nice, and the staff was very helpful. The location was also excellent for getting around. Highly recommend!
A great location! If want to be in the heart of the shopping scene this is perfect. Subway links are just a couple of steps away so that just adds to the plus points of the hotel. The breakfast was a little simple but there are loads of places just steps away to grab something!
Desk staff provided useful information. Great for both Japanese and non-Japanese speaking guests. Comfortable rooms. Public bath on premises. Access to Tokyo metro within a block.
Amazing hotel with lots of amenities. Friendly staff . Love the onsen on site. Rooms were very clean. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and train stations nearby. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the price made it good value for a quick stay in the heart of Tokyo. However, I have stayed in many places in Japan, but I have never been in a place this small. The room is tiny even though it is for two people. Even the bathroom is so small they had to use a tiny toilet that you can barely sit on and it's challenging to get up from. The public bath was tiny and dark with a low ceiling, all black tiling inside. Overall, the building itself is too small for the number of units they squeezed into it. The mens and womens baths are on separate floors because there is not enough space on one floor for both. But given the tight space, the management team is doing a good job.
Very good hotel in a good location and few minutes walk from a train station with direct trains to Haneda airport. Room om size for Tokyo just don't expect too much space. Beds had a single bolster type pillow and decent ones had to be paid for was the only downside. Not much at the hotel but plenty nearby.
SUPERHOTEL Premier GINZA was a comfortable stay for our trip to Tokyo. No fuss check-in and check-out, bedroom with basic necessities, complementary access to their hot spring, and additional amenities available. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Absolutely loved this hotel- everything that is advertised is accurate. The thoughtfulness that is put into all the accommodations is very much appreciated. The location was central and convenient. I traveled with my husband and three children (17, 13, and 9 years old). The trip from Hawai’i was 10+ hrs and we had to navigate from airport to hotel which was the hardest part for us. When we got off the airport limousine we were not sure where to go and taxi’d to the hotel which was extremely close. We experienced so many wonderful things and returned to rejuvenate in our cozy rooms. The amenities are excellent- the mineral filtered water was a plus for my skin and hair and to be able to soak in the tub was absolutely a life saver. The beds were firmer than we are used to but actually allowed my sore body to rest. The personal selection of pillows was a dream as well as the variety of organic products. I wish we could have stayed longer! The service of one agent in particular was very much appreciated- I had come into an issue of tax free purchase and he patiently walked me through things, then helped me to fill out a Yamato luggage transfer form, as well as make change for laundry. Everything is so clean! Also everyday they will clean and leave new towels and bags that can be used to take your amenities and towel to the natural spring onsen- my husband and I both have tattoos and could not enjoy that but I’m so sure it would have been enjoyable. Thank you Hotel.com!
Super location, close to everything, and staff ready to assist you. It has a communal hot tub area (we did not know this before) and breakfast was included. Room just good enough for my two children and me (bunk beds) queen and twin beds.
Low price and clean hotel. I think the rooms are a bit too small. I realize rooms are smaller in Tokyo, but this room was a bit too small. And had not trash can to put trash. But generally, it was fine. And close to great shopping like Itoya and other legendary retailers and restaurants.
