"Nothing sort of what you'd expect from Fairmont. Stayed with a family of 5 - 3 kids and the attention to details is nothing short of amazing. Only downside is the price of parking but that's not the hotel fault, it's just Toronto as a whole."

"Front desk employee was incredibly welcoming and upon learning we had a birthday in our party she gave us extra drink coupons to use at the bar and offered to upgrade our room if there had been space to accommodate! Hotel is close to many things in Toronto, very clean and well kept. Even cleaning staff welcomed us in the hallways! "

"This is the second time we stayed here and it was much better than the first. If you’re seeing a concert at the Budweiser stage I can’t recommend this hotel more. It is pricey but worth the convenience (and comfort) if you can do it. The staff was very nice and very helpful. "
