「Considering the room price, the breakfast was below average. Towels and the toilet were not clean. Staff was friendly. It’s very nice that you can do simple cooking in the room.」

「After arriving in Toronto, we went directly to the hotel. We asked if we could check in early and they approved it without issue - it was 2 hours early. The next morning I called down to ask if we could get a late checkout and they approved an hour without issue. We were also able to use the concierge to hold our bags while we went and did activities and they held our bags for around 8hrs. The customer service was greatly appreciated.」
