Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
Clean room, comfortable bed but no duvet covers on duvet and poor sound insulation from next room meaning sleep was disrupted. They blamed it on giving me a connected room. Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
Wonderful hotel in perfect downtown location. Staff are so friendly and helpful, with several languages spoken which is really helpful. Nicely sized room, well-equipped. Super comfy bed. Tidy and clean bathroom with excellent water pressure. Included breakfast is vast and delicious.
