「I am very grateful for whatever reasons the staff gave me a private room (with shared bathroom) instead. I was sick and needed to work till late mid-night during my stay (till 4am!) - so glad that I could rest well and finished my work without having to disturb others. Thank you SO MUCH for that! The staff are very nice and friendly! Could be better if they can offer a hand to at least open the door when visitors need to enter the building with big luggage, if not giving a helping hand to move...

「Took forever to check in; waited over 20 min. Issues with check in, only one front desk person, to checkin guests and answer telephone. My floor 8 was extremely noisy. Good basic hotel, but will try another by airport next time. 」
