“We only stayed for one night. But as soon as we arrived, owner has greated us. They were very friendly and have given all the information about the property. Look breakfast order and it was delicious. Room was on the ground floor. Very clean and lots of space for me and my daughter.”

They had ideas and suggestions of where to go and what to do and very much gave a homely feeling to our stay. The breakfast was delicious. They made a full English breakfast both days to order whilst also having a selection of different cereals, fruits and pastries. They had tea, coffee and juice all available and were incredibly dedicated to making the stay as great as possible. The……

“Lovely family friendly hotel. Only down sides upon arrival we were asked to pay a deposit per night for potential damages even though we had fully paid in advance of our stay. This wasn't mentioned when booking and we were told we couldn't check in until we made the payment. Hotel was noisy at night as we were on the second floor and had people above us, below us and all around. The fire doors in the corridors slam constantly through the night with people returning to their rooms at all hours.……

“When we arrived, it was getting cold. The room was present but cold. There was no attempt to put the heating on untill a complaint was made. And there was no heat in the bathroom the next morning. I was charged an extra £20 for the room. Breakfast was average of poor quality.”

“We were met by our first names and instantly offered a cup of tea and cake! This personal,friendly theme ran throughout our short stay and made it a really lovely experience. The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. Breakfast was well organised with a time slot so we could again benefit from the personal touch from our super hosts. Excellent, freshly cooked large portions😀. Would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family.”

“The pre-welcome before we arrived with a phone call and email etc. advising of the entertainment schedule etc. was a fantastic touch, so was the professional manner of the staff member when I called to ask about an extra guest. On arrival however the welcome at the reception wasn't the warmest, both females on the front desk didn't look or sound the happiest but we're professional. We found our apartment which was very spacious however was showing signs of disrepair in places and lacking……
