“It was good ,staff very nice and helpful.”

“Very clean, staff helpful. Only issue was we had do not disturb sign on door, but came back to find beds made and towels replaced. Coffee though was not replenished, and counter at coffee station was left dirty. Nothing appeared to be missing.”

“Amazing location- gorgeous view- grocery store downstairs was huge. Kitchen was a plus. Balcony was perfect. When we checked in there was no remote for the AC- sent someone up to give us one. Next day the extra blanket we were using was taken and had to call to get it back. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different places instead of just offering to bring one up. “Everything about this hotel was perfect for us.”

“Really fantastic place for cleanliness, pool amenities and being near the Alvor Boardwalk. The included breakfast is also top notch with an insane number of options. That said, despite the room being top notch, spacious and clean, easily the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Slightly shocking for a mid/higher end place.”

“I liked the entertainment especially in the evening. The only downside was the strict 3 pm check in. For people who are traveling across the ocean it's really not convenient. The hotel in general was great, the staff couldn't do better.”

“Pool area was not kept clean. Sunbeds lay in the same place that they were left day before no tidying up or cleaning done. Pool bar area glasses and beer bottles left overnight in tables.”

“All was very good”

“The staff was great and friendly. Amazing location and the view was astonishing.”

“The price is very reasonable， location is perfect. The Shower door is dangerous for age people and kids . ”

“Clean room and great breakfast”

“Staff was amazing. Room was bright and modern. Enjoyed the rooftop patio and pool. Lots of food choices for breakfast. Loved that the beach was less than a 5 minute walk. Beautiful trails nearby. There were a couple of stores and restaurants within a few minute walk. Parking in the hotel lot was very tight but parking was available on the street.”

“The entire stay exceeded expectations. The Soul Spa including the aquatic circuit was very special. The location was ideal with many shops and restaurants within walking distance.”

“Spotlessly clean and quiet resort. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good location, ten minutes ago walk either way to the beach or the town. Room was large and well equipped, would definitely stay again.”
