Le RĂ©gans La estancia esta muy bien, super bien ubicada , cerca del centro y sitios para comer. Puedes ir andado a visitar la ciudad. El apartamento coincide con las fotos, esta en una calle muy tranquila. Lo Ășnico es que no tiene ascensor. Las instrucciones de como llegar y concerta visita ha sido fĂĄcil. Hay muchos sitios cerca para comer y tomar algo. Lo que habrĂ­a que cambiar es el bombĂ­n de la cerradura de la puerta de entrada. No funciona bien y puedes estar mucho rato intentando abrir con el riesgo de no poder entrar.

Le RĂ©gans "viaje en familia 🙂 La localizacion del apartamento es muy buena, cerca de la estacion del metro de Les Carmes y andando a 10-15 minutos de los mercadillos de navidad. Teniendo en cuenta el frio que hacia fuera, los radiadores funcionaban muy bien. TenĂ­amos pastillas para el lavavajillas y lavadora de sobra, asĂ­ como utensilios de cocina de todo tipo. 🙁 El chico que nos trajo las llaves llego bastante tarde, aunque se disculpo unas cuantas veces. AdemĂĄs, no sabia ni cual era el apartamento, estaba un poco perdido. Faltaban estropajos para poder fregar las cosas que no se metĂ­an dentro del lavavajillas. Las almohadas muy finitas, pero eso depende del gusto de cada persona."

Le RĂ©gans "L’appartamento Ăš bello e accogliente, sarebbe utile un impianto di aria condizionata. 🙂 Posizione, puntualitĂ  nell’accoglienza 🙁 Alcune distrazioni nella pulizia/servizi: 1) capelli e uno specchio rotto nel primo cassetto della cassettiera della camera con letto matrimoniale 2) contenitore per sapone mani non ricaricato 3) mancava la carta igienica 4) doccia-shampoo insufficiente ad affrontare un soggiorno di una settimana 5) solo una pastiglia per la lavatrice (la seconda era solo un involucro vuoto) Finestre: Il finestrone dell’ambiente soggiorno-cucina non puĂČ essere aperto. Pertanto l’unica possibilitĂ  di ricircolo dell’aria Ăš legata alle due finestre delle due camere da letto."

L’environnement est trĂšs calme mais attention si les voisins du dessus reçoivent du monde ça peut-ĂȘtre extrĂȘmement dĂ©rangeant. Les deus appartements ne sont sĂ©parĂ©s que par un mince plancher qui fait que l’on entend presque tout. Mais pour nous heureusement c’était calme. MalgrĂ© ça si je devais revenir Ă  Toulouse je le louerai peut-ĂȘtre Ă  nouveau."

Le RĂ©gans "Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, au calme 🙂 L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait: proche des deux lignes de mĂ©tro automatique, du tram. Le centre ville est Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied, et des magasins / supermarchĂ©s / marchĂ©s au bout de la rue. Quartier animĂ© avec des restaurants. Mais l'appartement est trĂšs calme car dans une petite rue. L'hĂŽte a pris soin de nous laisser du cafĂ©, thĂ©, sucre, Ă©ponge, sacs poubelle, papier toilette, sopalin, doses Lve vaisselle et lave linge, etc. : trĂšs pratique et apprĂ©ciable. L'appartement est de bonne taille pour 4 personnes et propre. Une machine Ă  laver et le wifi Ă©taient des bonnes surprises. 🙁 Rien en particulier, mais des petits dĂ©tails qui pourraient ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©s : deux des 4 siĂšges de la table sont inconfortables (table haute avec Ă©tagĂšre intĂ©grĂ©e d'un cĂŽtĂ©), les toilettes sont mal isolĂ©es donc il y fait froid (mais le reste de l'appartement est ok), quelques ustensiles de cuisine abĂźmĂ©s (poĂȘle notamment, mais c'est courant), pas beaucoup d'eau chaude Ă  la fois (il faut attendre 30 minutes entre chaque douche pour qu'il se recharge)."
