In a quiet and peaceful setting, this cottage is located in a renovated farmhouse, in a small hamlet where the road ends. In front of the door, a large grassy area allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful weather. Two bicycles and a ping-pong table are available for loan. You are between Quercy and Frontonnais, the vineyards of Toulouse. The center of Villemur-sur-Tarn is 3 km away: swimming in the Tarn River, a leisure pool, shops, and restaurants. A forest walk is 300 m away. The castles and fortified towns of Quercy are 35 km away, Buzet-sur-Tarn is 20 km away, Montauban and the Ingres Museum are 25 km away in Tarn-et-Garonne, and Toulouse is 38 km away. On the ground floor: entrance hall, dining room, kitchen, WC. Upstairs: living room, 3 bedrooms (3 single beds 90cm + 1 single bed 110cm) (1 double bed 140cm with private shower room) (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom, WC. Oil central heating.

Une magnifique maison avec cependant des désagréments (2 lits 1 personne inconfortables, un lave-vaisselle cassé, un congélateur ne fermant pas, des moustiquaires présentes partiellement).L'accueil fut agréable.
