“Extremely friendly staffs, really well talking care of guests. I had mismanaged my reservation and overstayed without knowing. Staff had been understanding and handled my mistake so elegantly and professionally. It was embarrassing for me, while the hotel manager had handled the situation extremely well which made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Personally i have never been more appreciated and welcomed. Would love to stay in touch and visit again.”

“We purchased a day pass to enjoy the beautiful hot springs at Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely worth it! The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when we’re back in Costa Rica!”

“Felt like coming home at the end of a ling day, except the cleaning is done for you”

“Really clean and comfortable for an overnight stay with easy access to the airport. The only thing to fault about the room is that that the bathroom light and fan turn on automatically when the bathroom door is opened which is quite disruptive for others in the room.”

“This is a unique hotel with the character of a classic villa, not like the dull all-the-same modern hotels. Our host personally showed us to our room. I would've liked it if my schedule had allowed more time to check it out.”

“Es un hotel muy conveniente dado que se encuentra en la mejor ubicación de la ciudad de San José, en dónde puedes caminar a cualquier lugar de interés. El servicio también es muy bueno, y el personal siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites; son muy profesionales en ese sentido.
