“The location to everything was excellent. The hotel and restaurant staff always pleasant and helpful. A special shout out to Joe, who was extremely helpful in planing our trip even before we arrived. If i have to complain it would be the terrible sliding door for the bathroom and the motion senor light by the room door. What an annoyance. Having said that this hotel is in the return list.”

“Location is very good, especially if you want to walk the river. That’s about it. Hotel is tired, staff is all over. Staff is traveling up and down with you with all the equipment for cleaning, which smells very strong. Main lobby is packed with linens and main elevators faces hotel storage/equipment and pretty much everything else door that was always open. Personal is alway talking to each other and making jokes, laughing as if they were in their own house. Restaurant that is attached was not……

I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making……

“We live in CNTX and La Omni is our favorite hotel on the riverwalk. Went for girls trip this time and it was fun seeing a new area of the Mansion. We were on 6th flr with view of Tower of Americas. The valet is the way to go for parking, upon leaving, Armando was THE BEST and so very helpful! The rooms are comfy and clean.”
