Gregg was a super host who met us at check in to make sure we got in and answered questions about the house and area. He was also reachable and kind before...

「This is in a wonderful area of the Catskills with a creek streaming in the back if you wish to visit it. I've stayed a few times and I've seen many people take their dogs to Black Bear. They love the treed property for walks. It's close to farm stands or antiquing in the various towns along route 23.」
