「Outside of the big vity but withing 25 minutes of so much to do. Owner very easy to work with, he even helped to gety jacket bavk to me after we left and forgot it!」

「Beautiful house, wonderful location, host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We stayed for my son’s baseball tournament and we can’t wait to stay again! The house has everything you would need! 」

「I waited until 30 minutes after check in to get the entry combination. No response from home owner. Called VRBO and kept getting disconnected. When finally talked to someone it took 30 minutes to find out the owner decided to pull the house from the rebtal claiming VRBO did not pay him. We had to book two hotel rooms foe the two adult couples at 3 times the cost due to last minute rates. It was 40 miles away. What a disappointment. I got a refund but was stranded without many options.」

「Great place .」

「This was our second time staying at this property. It is such a cute rental and a stones throw away from the beach. Daniel is a super host and is available if needed. Out of the MANY trips that we have taken, this stay was the most relaxing ever!」

「We grew up in the area and this was the first time we rented on the lake rather than staying with family. Beautiful views, house was well stocked with everything we could need, and Lexi and Mike were the most responsive team we have ever come across in renting properties all over the country. They did everything possible to ensure we had a fantastic family trip! 」

「My family and I spent 5 days at Kathleen’s home. It’s well stocked with necessities including beach items, toys and books. Kids loved spending time outside and we were fortunate to have great weather. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!」

「Ken was an awesome host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house is a stone's throw away from the water, which was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Great place! Stayed for a night after a concert at Chautauqua. Had all the amenities we needed and excellent layout to accommodate all of us. We couldn't have asked for more!」

「Absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do this property justice. Has everything a family would want or need. Owner best ever dealt with.」

「This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. There are two window AC units in the house (not counting the suite, which we did not...

「Wonderful little place for a weekend getaway, or an even longer stay. The place has everything you could want. Fridge, oven, washer and dryer. The bathroom is strange with 2 steps to the shower, so maybe not good for someone who's older. But overall would definitely book again.」
