「Everything was fantastic! House was just as listed. Really clean and very well appointed. The deck was amazing. We spent a lot of time out there. Definitely will look at staying again sometime!」

「The property had everything we needed and more! It was pretty, clean, and not far from all the activities we had planned! There was a ton of room in the house and the outside was so peaceful especially with the fire pit! We would definitely stay there again!!」

「The cutest little vacation pad! The town was lovely and the space was even better. The house was clean and had everything one would need for a trip out of town. 」

「We chose Early Bird Ranch for its proximity to where our large family reunion was held. What a delightful surprise! Dave greeted us warmly and was a magnificent host, letting us know of all the things in the area. We loved getting fresh pastries and eggs for breakfast at the farm store that the family runs. If this is available the next time we have this reunion, we will absolutely stay here again annd book more days outside the reunion days. Truly a little slice of heaven! 」

「Never received check in information and no response from messages or phone calls. Tried multiple times and in every way we could to contact the host and VRBO. Ended up in a nearby hotel for the night since there was no response. Very disappointed to say the least and I expect a full refund!!!!」

「This was our second time staying at this property. It is such a cute rental and a stones throw away from the beach. Daniel is a super host and is available if needed. Out of the MANY trips that we have taken, this stay was the most relaxing ever!」
