「We had actually upgraded to a cabin, there was nothing wrong with the motel room, the cabin was more what we wanted. The motel/cabins is off a road which leads to the lake through the Lake George Battlefield Park. To go to the village or the lake is downhill and uphill on the way back to the motel/hotel. The beds were comfortable the cabin/motel was clean and spacious. Pool, fire pits and shuffleboard available. We would stay again」

「WOW!! I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! It had no reviews but we took a chance anyway and, WOW, what a hidden gem! The cabin (built in 1900ish I believe) is very cozy and nostalgic and fit all of our needs as a family of four. The property is nestled in the Adirondacks right on the edge of Glen Lake and is very serene, peaceful and majestic!! Our two teenage boys were in heaven between fishing from the dock and/or the middle of the lake in one of the three little boats...

「This is an amazing property! Have never stayed in a VRBO property that was more fully equipped with everything you would ever want, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. 「Overall I was very happy , mostly because of the “on the lake” location. The property manager’s communication was excellent and he was very customer focused. The only drawback was that the house could use a little TLC. Everything’s was a bit run down and a coat of paint and some minor repairs wouldn’t a long way. All of this is overshadowed by the tremendous location and great communication. If luxury and high end is your thing, this place would be a problem. If you want a spectacular location...
